Additionally, the nearby town of Kalkara, known for its sandy beach (rinella bay), adds to the charm. Conveniently, a public ferry or private water taxis, known as 'Luzzu,' provide easy access across the harbor every 20 minutes.
Description: One double-bedroom apartment with bathroom, living-room, study and kitchen for short rents all year around. The apartment has high ceilings with authentic restored wooden beams. The view from the living room balcony is amazing...of the whole port and the three cities across the port.
Our apartment Nr3 is on the 3rd floor and has no lift unfortunately.

Floriana & Valletta
Valletta, a majestic baroque city, was constructed in the 16th century with financial support from the Pope. It remains largely unchanged and is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Named after Grandmaster Jean Parisot de Valette, a French knight who led the defense during the Great Siege of Malta, Valletta stands as a testament to its rich history and architectural grandeur.
Floriana, a quaint town adjacent to Valletta, was established in 1636 by the Italian military engineer Pietro Paolo Floriani. Originally named Borgo Vilhena in honor of Grandmaster de Vilhena in 1724, it was later renamed Floriana. The town is home to beautiful gardens such as The Mall Garden, Argotti Botanical Gardens, and Sa Maison Gardens. Notable monuments include the Independence Monument, The Triton Fountain, and statues of prominent Maltese figures like Dun Karm, Grandmaster De Vilhena, and Dante.
